Artists of Identity: Kaskade

Ryan Raddon better known as Kaskade is an American DJ who will be preforming as the front runner of the Identity Festival this year. Kaskade attended BYU and served an LDS Church mission in Japan before returning to Utah and finishing his college career at the University of Utah. During his college years in the ’90s, Kaskade made a name DJ-ing locally. He moved to San Francisco in 2000 to continue his music career. Since then he has released 7 studio albums and he is currently working on an 8th album titled “Eyes”. His musical focus has included many remixes of popular songs using  a unique mixing style, mainly focused of trance and house beats.
